Joe Cavallaro

PT, DPT, SCS, CSCS, USAT L1

Joe is Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. His practice Full Spectrum Physical Therapy & Performance was born out of the need to help patients spend less time in the rehab clinic and to focus on bridging the gap between rehab and a full return to duty or sport.

Joe started his PT career working in professional basketball and has spent time working with several private practices and several other professional sports organizations along the way. Most recently he spent 3 years working with the Massachusetts Army National Guard. Joe also teaches college courses in Anatomy & Physiology and workshops in Injury Prevention and Risk Reduction for O2X Human Performance for first responders, military and federal law enforcement groups.

Joe lives in Hollis, NH (just close enough to easily get to both the city and the White Mountains) with his wife Katherine and two sons Enzo & Luca. Joe is an outdoor enthusiast (hiking, rock & ice climbing) and avid endurance athlete having competed in triathlon across multiple distances and levels from National Championships to Ironman.
