Some intro here? We all know there are many factors involved in health, wellness and fitness - like nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management and many other influences as well. This summer we want you to have the information you need to tackle your goals, build new habits, shed old ones, or just refine & dial in your current systems.
We know there is a lot going on this summer, from vacations & family events to the world cup and beyond. We are all busy but regardless of how life shakes out around us we always have the opportunity to focus on the priorities - the smallest investments that provide the biggest return. Life is inconsistent and often so are we. When we understand the key priorities we can let go of some of the details that sometimes bog us down and get in the way of the true objective. So this summer let’s stop looking for the forest for the tree - let’s work on the big picture so no matter what objectives are in the way we can work towards any goal.
There are so many health, wellness and fitness goals to choose from. You might have some in mind already or maybe none but want to see what areas you could work to improve. We designed the series with three main pathways - weight management, physical performance and physical resilience. Each pathway has a distinct focus but there are many overlapping principles along the way - remember the fundamentals are always the fundamentals.
Over the next 12 weeks we will provide information and actionable steps for many of the habits and routines that support those themes. You have the choice of following one pathway or choosing your own path. You can choose to read, incorporate and work on the action items from any one pathway - or choose to use just the information from one.
