Anthony has been a firefighter since 2013. He believes it is essential to be in good physical condition to be able to perform the job efficiently and have a healthy, long-lasting career. He believes that touching on all aspects of fitness, including strength and cardiovascular endurance, creates an effective foundation on which to build all essential job related skills. Strong physical fitness allows firefighters to perform their job and also recover effectively from the physical and mental stress of a 24 hour shift.
