WALK-A-PALOOZA — a two-month run/walk challenge designed to get you moving over the summer months. Walk, Jog, Hike, Ruck or Run 100 miles by August 31st.
Challenge Dates:
July 1st – August 31st
The Goal:
Walk and/or run 50 miles in July
Walk and/or run 50 miles in August
That’s 100 miles over two months — your pace, your time, your mission.
Tracking Rules:
Only deliberate walks or runs count — not the accumulation of daily movement.
All miles must be tracked via a treadmill monitor, smartphone, wearable device, or app. This is for your accountability and goal setting. You will NOT be required to submit.
Log your miles each day using the WALK-A-PALOOZA tracking sheet.
How to Participate:
This is a pass/fail challenge — hit the 50-mile mark each month to pass.
